Topic: Products of Grace
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 15:1-10
A product is the result of an action or process. If that action or process does not take place, the product would not exist. But once it is produced, we can determine the quality of the product by the process that formed it. This is not just true for objects. It is true for people as well. There are people who are products of trauma, so their lives are a reflection of the pain they have experienced. Some are products of generational wealth in their families. But by faith in Jesus Christ, we all can upgrade to become higher products; products of grace.
Grace gives us access to the unlimited provisions of God, based on the sacrifice of Jesus. It empowers us to live above the limitations of our past. If you are a product of grace, your experience on earth is not a function of what you deserve but what Christ has made available to you. Apostle Paul understood too well that the only qualification he had was God’s grace. He had been a persecutor of the church. Many Christians had been arrested and killed because of him. And yet, grace found him and gave him a ministry that is still being celebrated today.
You cannot be a product of grace and still see yourself as a product of your past, your struggles, or your mistakes. You must clearly define the process that made you because it will determine the quality of your life. Paul declared, “I am who I am by the Grace of God.” What is your declaration?
Prayer: Father, thank You for Your grace that has saved me and empowered me to live victoriously in Christ Jesus.
