Topic: Unlimited Access To God’s Grace
Scripture Reading: *Hebrews 4:14-16*
Imagine having a bank account with unlimited funds that no matter how much you withdraw today, you can come back tomorrow, and there is more than enough to meet all your needs. That is how God’s grace is for the believer. It doesn’t matter what you need or how many times you have received Grace. There is always more.
Peter had denied Jesus three times, and as the cock crowed, a cloak of shame and condemnation wrapped itself firmly around him. But we see grace at work when Jesus resurrected because three times Jesus asks Peter, “Do you love me?” (John 21:15-17). For every denial that had condemned Peter, Jesus gave him an opportunity to affirm his love and faith. Peter boldly professes his love and commitment to the Saviour. Peter obtained grace to continue in his calling.
Yours may not be a public denial of Jesus. But for every event that has interrupted your pursuit of God’s will, or in any way you feel inadequate, there is grace available in the presence of your Father; grace obtained by the sacrifice of Jesus, for you. If you need His grace today, know that you have a Grace account with unlimited supply. Don’t let fear and condemnation keep you away from what has been abundantly given to you. Come boldly and obtain help to fully embrace all that has been prepared for you!
Prayer: Father, I come boldly to receive grace and obtain help. I am free to embrace all that you have for me without fear, without condemnation.
