Topic: No Accusation Can Stand
Scripture Reading: Zechariah 3:1-5
As Joshua the high priest stood before the angel of the Lord, there was also the accuser, Satan, standing at his right hand. It was a season of glory for the high priest, but Satan came with accusing fingers to prove that Joshua did not qualify. Joshua would probably look at the rags he was wearing and silently agree with what Satan was saying; he was not good enough.
The accuser is still trying to position himself at the right hand of God’s people in order to feed us with lies, to make us feel unworthy, not deserving of glory, carrying the identity of an impostor. But the judgment of the Lord has been set: “Satan, the Lord rebuke you!”
Our justification is of God, who has chosen us for Himself. You have been called, justified, and elected for glory by the Judge. No one dares accuse you! You have been made worthy so you can step into all that God has for you.
Prayer: Father, thank you for choosing me and perfecting me for Your glory.
