Topic: Make Every Moment Count!
Scripture Reading: Ephesians 5:6-17
Everything on earth is regulated by time, and that includes the fulfilment of God’s will for your life. There are moments and seasons that provide the opportunity for you to step into a new level. Your ability to recognize and properly respond to these moments will have a significant impact on the rest of your life.
Bartimaeus sat by the highway, begging. That was until he heard that Jesus was passing by. He made up his mind to take full advantage of the moment to change his life forever, to move from being the blind son of Timaeus to becoming a testimony that wouldn’t be forgotten. Elisha took advantage of Elijah’s departure to receive a double portion of his spirit. Ruth seized her moment to become permanently yoked to Naomi. We will also find so many others who missed out on destiny-defining opportunities because they took certain moments or seasons for granted.
We must be alert and sensitive. In these last days, where God is revealing His glory, you cannot afford to be spiritually asleep. It is time to be vigilant and determined to maximise every divine moment. The days may be tough and filled with evil, but for those who are led by the Spirit, there are Glory moments all around. Make yours count.
Prayer: Father, I yield to the leading of the Holy Spirit to recognize and maximise every divine moment that has been scheduled for me.
