Topic: God Will Restore
Scripture Reading: Luke 6:6-10
The man was in the synagogue with a withered hand. And it had become normal to see him that way; moving around with a hand that had shrunk and was wrinkled because of disease. And then, Jesus appears!
It was the Sabbath day. The scribes and Pharisees didn’t think the man deserved healing, especially on the Sabbath. But Jesus didn’t care. When the time of restoration comes, the opinions and traditions of men don’t matter. At the instruction of Jesus, the man stretched forth his hand, and it was restored.
The power of restoration is still at work today. God is restoring withered hands and broken hearts; He is restoring lost hope and forgotten dreams. He is giving joy in place of sorrow, and praise in place of depression. Everything that has lost its glory for whatever reason, is being refreshed by the power of God. It is time to stretch out in faith and step into your restoration. Do you believe this?
